It was a proud moment for The Titans at the VCon in Malaysia with majority of The Titans leaders being a part of the in-service team. The Titans leaders were ecstatic to be a part of the in-service team. Being a part of in-service is really challenging and very tiring but our leaders were mentally and physically prepared to fulfill it. We found them serving as a guard, as a gate keeper, as a security, as taking care of VIP, taking care of V kids etc. They were covering all the aspects of the event. Each day, the events started at 10.00 am and finished beyond midnight. Their tireless and dedicated effort in making sure that the event goes very successful deserves to be praised and we are really proud of our leaders. Our TIC leader Mr. Niamathallah compared the moment at in-service with a marriage in one’s own family where we play all the roles of our home marriage function. Many of our leaders described it |

as a great feeling all together serving almost 20 to 22 hours a day. This event facilitated them to gain a lot of experience and to prove that they can be stretched to any extent. Those five days in Malaysia proved to be one of the inspirational moments for all our Titans leaders.

Enthralling populace all over the Globe
The TITANS sustained their enchanting experience this year also. This year’s main events started with the Annual Strategy Meet that took place in Kerala during the last week of January. It was attended by 25 people including all the Directors and some among the APs. The TLS Mumbai, held in the first week of February showed the ample reputation of The TITANS in India. The training covered various interactive sessions like prospecting, objection handling etc and the amount of knowledge that participants gained was colossal. A training event for IRs in Bahrain was conducted that month itself. In March, many plannings and meetings took place and some key events were finalized for the next quarter of the year.
