FREEDOM
Gone are the days of
endless job offers, sky-scraping
packages and 100% placements on
Day Zero.
If ‘Show me the
MONEY’ was the motto until last year…… fresher’s are looking
beyond the pay package this time. In fact
nobody
is in a
position to bargain .With the deepening recession, the whole
economic environment, has undergone a radical shift and it is
the fresher’s and youngsters who are feeling the heat.
Things are
different in employee’s world where…they can’t even take a leave…for the
dear one’s as the day after the leave would be welcomed by a relieving
letter…
Interestingly, the
crisis would prove to be a blessing in disguise. When faced with a problem,
one typically tends to think about what exactly one wants to do, to
accomplish the inner picture of dreams, rather than following the crowd.
