Ours is a busy world. No one has got the time to listen to others or find time for others. This is common in every person. So we are not different from others. Do you wish to be outstanding? Do you wish to be different from others?

For this, you have to emerge out of the crowd which is a difficult task. One requires, a consistent mindset, long lasting enthusiasm, a passion for the work one is engaged in, be a treasure of knowledge, have decision making power, the power to take action etc. We can club these qualities together and name it as leadership. In short, I’m saying that you should emerge as a leader to stand out.

If you look at the ladder’s rung as a place to rest upon, instead of as a facilitator for one’s climb up, then leaders won’t be created. But if the instance is otherwise, we can say that a leader is molded. Then your actions motivate others to dream big, learn more and accomplish more. It’s the experience that actualizes a leader. A full commitment and a flexible attitude are necessary for making this process a success.

People, who can identify the opportunities that come to them and utilize it, materialize as a leader. Such people don’t opt for the smooth path and go where their destiny takes them. They instead, would opt for the thorny path and will create their own path to reach their destiny. This shows their strong will power.  

He who has never learned to obey cannot be a good commander. Aristotle was of this opinion. I agree with him. To be a good leader, he must be a good follower. Only a follower can command. Marketing is a different innovative business in which only a servant model leadership work out. We must be ready to serve people. Only then we will be victorious in business. When we help others to earn more, it’s we, who actually benefits.

Evaluate a man, by seeing how he handles a crisis situation and not by looking at the comfortable zone of his life. A person’s self is highlighted when he passes through difficult situations. Here comes the importance of decision making power. A person, who displays the tactics of handling difficult times wisely, is a leader. A leader must have the quality of taking the right decision at the right time. Your capacity to surmount and ultimately overcome the challenges makes you a leader.

A leader must have a clear vision. Only then will he have the capacity to lead people and place them in their destiny. A person, who lacks this, may not know where he has to go. Then it becomes impossible for him to carry along others. A leader’s ultimate aim must be the growth of his followers. He simplifies the problems and puts forth the solutions. 

As a leader you must have great self confidence and control over yourself at all times. When you have control over every aspect, you will become a self disciplined person. Others will believe in you and this will result in people following you. When they follow you, they will listen to you.

Last but not the least; a leader must be ready to face the criticism. He must be open. If he wants others to change, he must himself change and be a role model for others. When he makes himself adaptable, these vibrations will be transmitted to others which make others align with him.
