Don’t Adjust……Never Compromise
In the field of marketing, the usual sequence of events happen in the following way: You enter the marketing field with full impetus, keenness, and energy. You work with a high level of passion in the initial stages. But as in the course of any business, you will encounter lot of obstacles in your way. The main problems are the objections you face from the prospects. This will pull your energy down to such an extent that you will gradually lose your passion, spur, and that entire thrill for the job that you had at the start of the business.
The burning strength in your voice has started to fade away slowly. You will lose the glitter in your eye and the throb in your heart, as the time passes by. A number of questions will logically arise as to:
How you lost it?

Compromise is the creeping cancer which squeezes out all your energy, strength, enthusiasm and ecstasy. If don’t recognize it in the primary stage itself, it will spread out like cancer dwindling you of all your energy. This cancer will ultimately swallow all the marketing success you had.
It can easily be detected if you really focus on your business and handle it in the proper way. Be always aware of what you are doing and what will happen ultimately. Apart from focusing on the work, train yourself to be responsible for all the things you do. This will automatically make you a responsible person. When you become responsible, then there will be more focus on the work you do. Furthermore, this will help you detect the cancer that we mentioned in the beginning, from sprouting and spreading all around.
While working you will be faced with variety of occasions when you will be forced to make compromises. It will start with a little compromise here, a little bit of compromise there, a loosening of standards here and there which will ultimately diminish your expectation of success.
When doing a business if you adjust yourself you won’t get work satisfaction So do not go for adjustments and compromises. If you don’t, then you will find some satisfaction in your work which will ultimately take you to the pinnacle of success. To derive work satisfaction always, the only solution is do not compromise.
This creeping cancer has got a different name - “the rust factor”. The rust will slowly eat up the dreams, the enthusiasm and the sheer passion that you preserve in your mind if you let your efforts be touched with an element of compromise. The flow of doubts, the storm of frustration, the frozen rain of negative thoughts, the wind of hardship and the fire of anger will surely rust your vision which should always be crystal clear.
Don’t be a slave to others thoughts. Such persons will always only stay back and never go forward. Be a Lord of your thoughts. Let your actions be governed by yourself alone. Then you will not compromise for anything but stand for what you desire.
The things happening with the new distributors are –
• The new distributors set out high goals and move forward to achieve it. As time passes by, they lose interest and faith in their abilities, as they have to encounter a lot of obstacles.
• The new distributors make compromises for their relatives, friends and colleagues. They do so in order to please them.

There are situations where you should not go for compromise. They are -
• Don’t compromise at sorting out the right prospect.
• Don’t compromise in training.
• Don’t compromise at the choice of up-line.
• Don’t compromise at selecting the company and product.
• Don’t compromise on discipline and patience.
• Don’t compromise on the investments in the form of money and time.
Don’t ever go for compromise, but go for promise. Promise cannot be destroyed by the creeping cancer. Nor it will be absorbed by the rust. Focus on your work and diagnose the creeping cancer in the primary stage itself. Burn out the tumor developing inside. Go forward with a no compromise campaign and advice all your down line about this venture.
