Managing your career along with the family needs

Behind every successful man or woman, there will be a happy family. Happy family surroundings mold successful people. It’s the family from where our roots begin. So in order to have strong bond and loving relations, family is an essential feature. In the modern world, we are all busy with one’s business schedule, making most of us forget the importance of strong family bonds. It is the first step to the accomplishment of dreams and goals.

Along with family, your career is also of great importance. Can you imagine a life without income? It’s unrealistic. A career gives you an identity in the society you live in. Further, business provides you with an opportunity to discover yourself, your potential and your limit of taking up more responsibilities.  

This marketing business is build up on relationships. To be a success in this business we must be successful in building and managing relationships that stand the test of time. The bedrock of managing any relationship starts from successful managing of family responsibilities.  So it is important that we find time for our family as well as one’s career. I’m the mother of three children. My success in life is determined by my success in managing the family and business simultaneously. You may be faced with certain questions now; how to manage the family and business together effectively? How to find time for it?

What helped me to manage the business along with my family is effective time management. In my case I follow a particular time table every day. I plan my day very cautiously.

• Set goals.
• Prioritize   it.
• Identify the tasks to be done that leads to the accomplishment of goals.
• Prioritize the tasks.
• Divide your time for each task.
• Finish the task within the time allocated.
• If left with unfinished task, do it in the leisure time, if it is very important.

If you practice this timetable and make it your habit, you will be victorious in planning a day. If you plan the day fairly with less confusion you will be able to work smarter fruitfully. This will help to put down the work load, which is the source of stress. Proper time management will help you finish the work without much tension. This provides me the time for both my family and business. When you are with your family, forget about your business and spend the whole time sincerely with your family. Similarly, when you are working, put in your 100% there.

A successful woman entrepreneur must have the attitude and the inner drive to transform her dream, and her vision into reality. She is confident of her ability; she is ready to learn from others, and seek help from experts if it means adding value to her goals. She is optimistic and is willing to take risks.  She is fully aware of the importance of adapting to evolving changes. Cautious of not becoming a workaholic, a successful woman entrepreneur is good at balancing diverse aspects of life. Her multi-tasking ability combined with support from spouse and family members enables her to blend business priorities with family and manage household responsibilities efficiently and effectively.  

In short, managing family along with a career is possible. Practice time management properly; you will see its magic effect in your day to day life. Many think that being a woman, how can I enter into network marketing business. This is a normal question that may chase a female psyche. But I set before them, my life and experience in business. Come forward. …take the challenge, remove the veil and show the excellence to the world.
