The bolder the better
Courage is the first of human qualities because it is the quality which guarantees all others - Winston Churchill
Success in life requires courage. Irrespective of the nature, the gravity or the speed of the decision you take, there will always be naysayers, the party poopers and the pessimists who tell you that you are going to fail.
There are always intricacies coming up that persuade you to assume that your opponents are right and that you are wrong. Silence has its triumph, but it comes to only the brave men and women.
The greatest test of courage on earth is to bear defeat without losing heart. - Robert Green Ingersoll
When you are scared of something, do it as soon as possible. This will relieve you of your fear about it.
Think of a life, which doesn’t have its share of challenges.
As Henry Ford remarked,” obstacles are those fearful things you see, when you take your eyes off the goal.
Discovering and unearthing your full potential demands that you take risks that you face the difficulties coming before you that you meet head-on the obstacles that come in your way. It comes to you only when you're actually tested, when you receive some blows, some disenchantment, and when sorrow comes. Because only if you are in the deepest vale, will you ever make out how wonderful it is to be on top of the mountain. When you fear something, find out as much about it as you can. Knowledge is the magic wand that overcomes fear.
Living Life must be a wonderful experience. Those who have a lesser amount of courage experience a life filled with depression and misery. Above all, they nurture hatred for themselves. This is miserable, as life is a precious gift and it should be filled with fine, optimistic things.
Developing courage doesn't need any particular lesson, luckily. It just begins with an alternative to be. Begin it mindfully.
Here are a few guidelines to set up being brave to begin taking control of you.
• Avoid guesswork over anything. Worry gnaws at you when you suppose something awful is going to take place.
• Pardon yourself. We find it easy to forgive others, but feel it difficult to forgive ourselves. Pardoning ourselves for the omissions and commissions is the solution to rebound back into the courage pool.
• Always be friendly with your “self”.
Bear in mind, pleasure comes when you decide to begin living and stop worrying. Being distressed excessively about anything won’t do any good as it swallows your courage and leave you with a vacant spirit and unsteady hands.
